Returns & Exchanges
Returning or exchanging an item with Jule Luxe is simple. To begin the process, please contact us at info@juleluxe.com or reach out to our customer support team. Be sure to include the reason for your return and the item(s) you would like to return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions. Please clearly include the RA number on your return form and follow the instructions provided with your order. Use the return shipping label included in your package, if applicable.
All returns must be new, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), Jule Luxe reserves the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise does not comply with our return policy.
